Submission of papers is invited on all of the proposed topics. Authors should submit the abstract (one page) to the conference secretariat before the 2nd of November 2007. The authors will be notified of the acceptance of paper acceptance until the 3rd of December 2007. Deadline for submission of full-paper manuscript will be 21th of March 2008 (the template is available at the Symposium website).
Abstracts should clearly state the objectives, results and conclusions of the work undertaken. For the abstract and paper preparation authors must use the template available at the website and send it by email to the conference secretariat. Please remember to indicate 'Abstract Submission' or ‘Paper Submission' in the subject line of your e-mail.
The abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and recommended for oral or poster presentation.
Only papers with one author registered (full / student) will be included in the Symposium proceedings and in the book of abstracts.
The general language of the symposium is English. No translation services will be available. All abstracts, papers and proposal forms must be submitted in English.
